Bookings

Our unique space at the Hub Bergen is available to hire for your own meetings, events, workshops, lectures away-days and projects. Our guests enjoy the atmosphere of old walls filled with history, in combination with a creative environment of start-ups and people who love to find new solutions. If your event is relevant for - and open to Hub members and other startups we are interested in making it a partnership event (see the box on the right). Our members have special prices. Get in touch if you want to become a member, or if you’re already a member and want to hire our space. You can also hire our space for your private events. Get in touch.

(requires a minimum of 10 people)

Price per person: 500,-

(requires a minimum of 8 people)

Courses and conferences - evening

Evening: 1600 - 2200

Price per person: 950,-

(requires a minimum of 8 people)

Meeting room/ private events

(all prices are per day)

Monday - Sunday: 1000 - 1600 : 4000,-

Monday - Thursday: 1600 - 2200 : 5000,-

Friday: 1800 - 2400 : 7500,-

Saturday: 1800 - 2400 : 9500,-

Sunday: 1800 - 2400 : 7500,-

On national holidays the price is 9500,- no matter which day of the week it is.

Partnership events

We welcome proposals from potential partners who want to run an event with us. In exchange for a discount on our usual hire fee, Partnership events must:

Inspire and support our member community

Provide at least 15 free or discounted (maximum 5o NOK) tickets for our members

Provide at least one staff member to cover the door / manage your guest list

Allow space for a 5 minute presentation at the beginning of your event on who we are and what we do

Recognise us (via logos, credit etc) as a supporter of your event on all promotional material that you produce

All prices include one person on the job, getting the rooms ready for the event with flowers, napkins and Bryggen-friendly candles. If your event hosts more than 15 people, there is a need for additional people at work. Price: 360 NOK per hour. If your event exceeds our regular opening hours, we will charge 360 NOK per hour per person working.
